It was a joy to watch spring unfold (even with our mercurial WI weather) and arrive at the door of the long awaited season of summer. Here we are, sunshine, warmer weather, and the onset of fresh produce from the gardens. It truly is wonderful!
Speaking of fresh produce, please support our local farmers by purchasing locally grown produce and farm products. Make this summer your healthiest yet!

Yoga
- Saturday Vinyasa Flow now starts at 8:00a starting June 5.
- New Body Sculpt class at 8:30a on Thursday's starting July 8.
Zumba
- Thursday 5:30p class is now on Monday 6:00p starting June 7.
- Saturday Zumba now starts at 9:30a starting June 5.

Gift certificates not only make great gifts for the holidays but for birthdays, anniversaries, or just as way to say "thank you". Certificates are available for any amount. Give the gift of health!
My Intention
My intention is to provide you with a safe, fun and inspiring environment
where you can nurture body, mind and soul. I believe we are all on a quest
to live life to its fullest and be the best we can possibly be. My classes
offer inspiration to assist you on this journey yet honor you wherever
you're at on your life path. Classes are physically designed to honor your
ability level whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner. Each
class offers modifications as well as challenges to meet your needs. If you have a
specific health concern or injury, please contact me prior to
attending your first class so that we can discuss your specific needs and what
class might be best suited for you. Classes are located in Pewaukee, and
Sussex. If you are interested in classes at your work place, for
special events (bridal showers, girls night out, birthdays, etc.), or
classes for small groups, please contact me for additional information.
