At Body & Soul Integrated Wellness my belief is that a healthy body cultivates a healthy mind. My goal is to provide you with the tools to balance body, mind and soul. I do this by providing a variety of classes, education in healthy lifestyle choices and integrating the wisdom and teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Thai yoga bodywork, and traditional western medicine into group and private sessions.
So that each student experiences the practice at their ability level, modifications and/or props are always provided. Private sessions are structured to address a multitude of needs including breath work, stress reduction/relaxation, alignment, strength, core stability and therapeutic yoga.
Invest in your health, and invest in your happiness! Whether you are looking for a nurturing Restorative class, a flowing Hatha Yoga class or an energetic class of Yoga Fusion, there is a class to meet your needs. Private sessions are a wonderful way to enhance your body/mind experience whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner.
