Welcome to
Body & Soul Integrated Wellness!

My intention is to provide you with a safe, fun and inspiring environment where you can nurture body, mind and soul. Whether you are looking for a relaxing Restorative class, a flowing Hatha Yoga class or an energetic class of Yoga Fusion, there is a class to meet your needs.

Private sessions are a wonderful way to enhance your body/mind experience whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Private sessions are structured to address a multitude of needs including breath work, stress reduction/relaxation, alignment, strength, core stability and therapeutic yoga for individuals with specific health needs. Classes are located in Pewaukee and Sussex.

If you are interested in classes at your work place, for special events (bridal showers, girls night out, birthdays, etc.), or classes for small groups, please contact Patti for additional information.
