Summer Yoga on the Beach!!
Starts Tuesday, June 24th. We will meet across from the Lakeview Center 161 W. Wisconsin Ave. just south of the Lakefront Beach sign.

Join me as we greet the day with a 50 minute class of Hatha Yoga on the beach.
Please bring a mat if you have one.

ATTENTION….It’s Boot Camp time at Body Mechanics. We keep your interest and your curiosity levels high in anticipation of each workout. In addition to how great you will feel, you will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction that our group boot camp sessions will allow. Parent/Child Yoga Class starting Thursday July 17 through August 7.
A fun and interactive class for children ages 5-12 and their caregivers. Learn the FUNdamentals of yoga while incorporating music, partner work and movement. Pre-registration is required for this 4 week session. Classes are 60 minutes in length.
Fee: $72 per parent/child. $18 each additional child

The goal of this type of workout is to help each participant reach their ultimate level of total WELLNESS. Our participants execute a variety of fitness drills for sixty minutes, two times weekly, for four weeks. Our boot camp combines conventional and non-conventional exercises, that WILL challenge you. This program is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to more advanced, as our supervised workouts are self-paced. You select your weights and your level of intensity—our trainer will be there to guide, encourage, instruct and motivate you toward your goals.
