Charlotte S. - New things are always introduced to keep the practice fresh. Patti as the instructor is always able to help you feel comfortable in any pose, and the practice of honoring your body is always taken into consideration. Each session the offer is there to challenge yourself and your abilities. No session is the same routine, which keeps the class interesting.

Sara W. - Patti fosters an environment where everyone supports one another, so even as you learn new poses and motions, you don't feel too awkward. Patti gently guides the exercise and takes each pose slowly enough so the entire class -- beginners and long timers alike can benefit. Her calming, soothing presence and voice add to the relaxation and serenity of the experience.

Sheri P. - Patti is very responsive to each student's needs and limitations. She offers many options and alternatives to each pose. Her demeanor and voice are very soothing and places you in a state of serenity at the same time you are focused on your body's ability to engage in a pose.

Amy S. - Patti is great. She sets an intention at the start of each class which helps me focus on the practice. She gives great descriptions of the positions that really help me visualize the pose. Soft music and aromatherapy room spray create a very relaxing environment.

Margie K - I think Patti does an amazing job of describing the moves, watching individuals in the class, help in readjustment. No intimidation -- always has an alternate move if difficultly level is beyond ability. I really enjoy the time. She also has so much variety in her classes, I never feel as though I am doing exactly the same thing each time. Yet there is repetition that I feel like I know some positions by their names rather than just observation.

Amy M. - Patti explains in detail the correct positioning for each pose and she's easy to understand; she spends time with each student making sure we're getting the most out of our practice; she creates a relaxing atmosphere where we're not afraid to laugh at ourselves or each other.

I like the person I am when I leave and have used that place within me during the week to help me deal with the challenges I face in my busy life. I have injured my back in the past and find that some of the positions that I have learned help me to relieve stress and tension that comes when I lift something the wrong way.
